What to do when DIM is not working?

There are a couple of solutions you can try when DIM is not working. First things first, make sure you are using the official Destiny 2 Companion app. Second, go into the “About DIM” section and make sure that DIM is updated and not running an outdated version. Also, browsers and mobile OS need to be updated as well, so if you’re using an old phone or an old version of the two, that can be the trigger.

Moreover, try turning off any firewall, antiviruses, network filters, and browser extensions. Those can always interfere with a lot of things. Clearing the cache on the browser as well as switching between browsers can help (clear all cache for destinyitemmanager.com). Just make sure you have your DIM data backed up before you do this (DIM Sync enabled).
