How to Fix Clash Royale Replay Glitch

It might seem like your replay looks like a completely different match sometimes. In this case, that statement might actually be true.

Since it’s initial release release back in 2016, Clash Royale has had its fair share of bugs throughout new updates. Developer Supercell has run into many problems with every new update as players find more and more game breaking bugs. One of the most recent issues plaguing players involves the games replay system. With few words from the developers, fans have been searching for ways on how to fix the Clash Royale replay glitch.

Players who have completed a recent match and want to check out the replay might get an interesting surprise. Fans on reddit have reported re-watching matches they have won only to find out that the replay shows something completely different. It could be a small change where instead of winning 3-0 you win 3-1. Other times the replay will show you losing a match only to show the real after match report of you winning. This has left players a bit frustrated when all they wanted to do was screen record a part of the match to show their friends.

The replay glitch causing problems for players unfortunately has nothing to do with anything client side on the game. Meaning that the issue can only be fixed with a mandatory patch from the developers. Supercell has pushed out an emergency balance patch on the 21st of November that promises a fix for the replay is coming soon. They’ve stated that the issue has been dealt with internally and that a patch will be coming in the near future to fix the problem.

It’s unsure whether or not this upcoming patch will retroactively fix anyone’s bugged replays before the patch. Players will have to wait and find out the answer to that question until patch release time. And while it’s no secret that this isn’t Supercells first unanswered bug to roam free, one has to hope that this glitch will be fixed sooner rather than later. Only time will tell when Clash Royale players will be rid of this bug, and which new ones will spring up in it’s place.
