This floppa is hiding out in the Huge House map, so from the map menu that is where you must go. This floppa is represented explicitly as the orange friend, so you can easily identify it.

Getting to the Orange Friend Obby
To find the Orange Friend Obby, we must reach the portal on the shelf. To do this, we must go to the hidden purple teleporter in the corner of the map behind the plant pot. This will teleport you to an alcove in the wall next to the teapot and Baldi Floppa Morph. There is a thin platform that juts off from the alcove. As you walk along that platform, you should notice the shelf with the orange candle on it underneath, with a plank of wood reaching out.
Jump onto that plank of wood and walk onto the shelf. There is the orange portal between the candle and plant pot. Walk into the portal.
Claiming the Orange Friend Floppa
You will have walked into a room guarded by two Orange monsters. They are quick. As soon as you jump on the floor to reach the other platform, they will chase you. Thankfully, jump sprinting seems to just out pace them. Wait for them to race over and jump past them, onto the orange pillars.
