You will be able to find an Inferi hideout just south of Hogwarts, more precisely along the river found in Keenbridge, in a cemetery. If you wish to save you the trouble and the trauma of battling undead and creepy creatures, then you just by this ingredient from J. Pippin’s Potions Shop, located in Hogsmeade. It will cost you 100 gold a stench.
