In any case, among these unique monsters is one referred to as Ekskalibur. It’s exceedingly obvious what the name is a reference to — the sword of King Arthur, Excalibur — but that’s not the only weird thing about this creature. Finding it is also a conundrum. Let’s answer the query of how you can find Ekskalibur in Chained Echoes.

How to Find Ekskalibur in Chained Echoes

I said it was a strange hunt, yes. But, it’s by no means difficult. To find Ekskalibur, you’ll need to travel to the central area of Fiorwoods. In this area, you’ll find a set of trees near a Gazer, which is a rock-like monster with one gigantic eyeball. But, you won’t be fighting this Gazer. Instead — and bear with me — you’re going to run around this set of trees a total of three times, counter-clockwise.

If done correctly, you’ll notice a new monster — it looks like a turtle with a sword sticking out of it. This is Ekskalibur, and you can approach it to begin fighting. It’s considered an undead enemy with a strength of Earth and a weakness of Water. So, keep this in mind when engaging this unique enemy.
