How to find Diglett Dirt in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

So what is Diglett Dirt and why do you need it in the game? Diglett Dirt is a material that you gather from the Pokemon Diglett in the game. Diglett Dirt is used to create a Technical Machine, which can help greatly improve your Pokemon. We’re talking new moves, which could be a key deciding factor in the heart of the battle.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to find a Diglett first if you want to acquire Diglett Dirt.

Where to Find Diglett

Digletts can be a bit tricky to find. Fortunately, we have narrowed down a general list of areas that you can find the Pokemon. A Diglett can be found in one of three biomes Cave, Mine, and Olive, with the Olive having the higher percentage of spawning.

Here are some locations, it is usually seen lurking:

  • The Caves in Area One North, South, East, and West Provinces
  • Area Two North and South Province Cave and South Province Olive
  • Area Three West, East, and North Province Caves and East Province Mines
  • Area Six South Province Cave
  • Glaseado Mountain
  • The Great Crater of Paldea

To Find Digletts, look for areas that don’t get as much sunshine such as dark groves, mines, and caves.

How to Get Diglett Dirt

To get Diglett Dirt, first you must battle Diglett. You have the option of either capturing or simply defeating the creature.
