Staying alive in Triangle Studios and Curve Digital’s latest title, horror survival co-op From Space is a tall order. With limited ammo, limited health items, and loads of enemies, it can, often times feel like the world around you is just hammering down as hard as it possibly can.

How to Find Ammo and Health Items in From Space

Finding ammo and health items is handled pretty differently, so let’s break down how each can be found so that you can get ahead of the 8-ball.

How to Find Ammo

In order to get your hands on some ammo, there are actually going to be a few ways to do so, and ammo can be pretty common to find if you know what you’re looking for.

Ammo boxes can be found littered throughout the world or in safe areas. The type of ammo that the box includes is always marked on top with an icon and the box glows the ammo type’s signature color. Just run over them to collect, if you haven’t already maxed your ammo capacity.

You will also earn ammo for the weapons that you’re carrying by killing enemies as well. They drop at the same time as Energy and look like little bubble versions of the ammo boxes, showing the ammo type’s symbol and color. They will automatically be picked up when you run over them too.

Additionally, Specialist ammo can be earned by completing quests.

How to Find Health Items

As for health items, these are a little more cut and dry. They’re typically just placed throughout the world and come in various sizes, with the smaller and medium-sized ones being more commonly found. They’re most often on desks or other structures like barrels and boxes too. You will always be able to find some in safe areas.

Just run over them and they’ll be collected if you have the capacity. You can view your capacity on the bottom left side of the screen. It’s a green shield with a white cross on it. If it’s full, you’re good, if not, fill it up!
