How to Unlock Flash Arrow in Vampire Survivors: Tales of the Foscari

The Flash Arrow is one of the 13 new Weapons added into the Tales of the Foscari DLC. For this reason, it is an exclusive item to purchase as part of the DLC. With a pricing of $1.99, how could anyone say no? The Flash Arrow belongs to the Archer, Keitha. Their Flash Arrow is the starting Weapon which of course, should be levelled up as high as possible to begin the evolutionary process for this Weapon Chain. Players however need to unlock Keitha as this character does not come as default once the Tales of the Foscari DLC is purchased. To unlock this Weapon, Keitha needs to be unlocked to offer players the Weapon to use.

The route to unlocking Keitha is simple as it is a thought-out process of following each unlockable character through a specific set of steps. Players first need to unlock Maruto and then level up and evolve his Starting Weapon Eskizzibur into Legionnaire. With Keitha unlocked, you must survive a total of 15 minutes within any Stage to unlock the Flash Arrow.

How to Evolve Flash Arrow into Millionaire

Now that you have the Flash Arrow in hand, the goal is to evolve this Starting Weapon into its final form of the Millionaire. But how do we do this? Well just like the other DLC characters, each Starting Weapon requires Max Stats through levelling up and to have a specific Max Passive Item Stat. In Keitha’s case, you need to level up the Starting Weapon to its eighth level, being its Max Stat. At this point, you need to then Max out your Clover (Level 5) and Bracer (Level 5) Passive Items.

The process in doing so can be a difficult one due to the slow firing rate of the Flash Arrow compared to other Weapons that have a wide damage output on the Stage. But for those who want to unlock everything there is to see within the Tales of the Foscari DLC, then the Flash Arrow evolution into Millionaire is a natural step to hit.
