The latest open-world RPG, Tower of Fantasy, is decent enough to quench your thirst if you are looking for some fantasy adventure. However, the game becomes unclear about various gameplay and reward acquiring procedures as you proceed through its storyline. One of the confusing things is spending Vitality points in the Perfect World’s title. To understand what’s Vitality is and its usage, we will dive a little deeper. How to Earn Vitality in Tower of Fantasy

Vitality is an important resource which recharges over time. As of now, the game will recharge one Vitality point every eight minutes. This means players will have 180 Vitality points after 24 hours. The game also offers items which you can purchase with real money and use to increase the Vitality points quicker.

How to Spend 100 Total Vitality in Tower of Fantasy

Vitality is an important resource in the game. It charges overtime similar to Resin in Genshin Impact. You can use it to coordinate with other players for Joint Operations or do unique missions yourself for rewards. You can see the Vitality points on the top right corner of your screen. Refer to the image below, which has 180 Vitality points.

Once you play through the storyline in Tower of Fantasy, you will unlock the Adventure tab. After defending the Shelter from the ravagers, you will find an icon that appears to be a pair of swords crossing each other. It will be on the top right-hand side of your screen.

Click the icon to open the Adventure’s tab and head to the Select category. You will find many missions under the new category. These quests will use Vitality points. Once you select a mission, your Vitality will decrease. The first mission will cost you 90 Vitality points. You can also play other missions to spend more points.
