It has been 5 years now and the wait for Octopath Traveler II is within every fan’s grasp. Even more exciting for those who can’t wait just a little while longer there’s a demo out now! During the February 8th Nintendo Direct, it was announced that a demo would soon be released as well. For everything you need to know about the demo and where to get it, let’s dive right in. Where and how To Download the Demo
As announced during the Nintendo Direct, the Demo will be available immediately after its conclusion. In fact, you can go to the Nintendo Eshop right now and click to download it. It’s that simple! The demo contains the first few hours of the game!
It does not look like you have to pre-order the game at all to get access to the demo. So currently there is no limit or caveat to downloading the demo. You can play it as much as you like for free. Although you will of course need a Nintendo account and a switch of course.
The full game of Octopath Traveler II will release just 3 more weeks away. February 24th, 2023 will see the release of Octopath Traveler II for the Nintendo Switch. The game promises to be just as good as the first. It introduces 8 new characters and 8 all-new storylines to explore.
In this all-new setting and game separate from the first you have 8 completely new characters to explore and play with. These include Agnea the dancer, Osvald the scholar, Partitio the merchant, Temenos the cleric, Ochette the hunter, Castti the apothecary, Throné the thief, and Hikari the warrior.
