The new brutal, combat-focused title from Humble Bundle, Midnight Fight Express has hit the scene with an overabundance of violence and carnage that would make anyone amused. With tons of weapons to use, enemies to fight, skills to unlock, and customization options to play around with, there are a lot of reasons to love what this game has to offer. Today, we’re going to talk about all of the game’s customization options for your character and why you should be interested in them.
How to Customize Your Character in Midnight Fight Express
Midnight Fight Express offers players some truly flashy moments that seemingly look ripped right out of their favorite 80s and 90s action films. Similar to a game that was released earlier this year, Sifu, this title has a strong focus on its action sequences and combat. But while fighting is all well and good, you wanna look good doing it too. Right?
Luckily for players, Midnight Fight Express has a plethora of various customization options to play around with in order for users to create the action hero of their dreams. Similar to other games that involve some sort of crime, this title has just about every aspect of a human you could think of to be customized. At launch, you can change the character’s clothes, body, and even skins.
To customize your character, simply head to the main menu that can be accessed in-between missions and click the Appearance tab on the top of the screen in the middle. From there, you’ll be able to toggle through the three customization categories and then each aspect of them.
Clothes include headgear, upper body, lower body, gloves, and shoes. There are actually 159 different articles of clothing that are either purchased or unlocked by playing the game. In fact, pieces of customization for clothes and body are either earned by playing or purchased with the money you make in-game, also by playing.
The second thing you can customize is your character’s actual body. You have skin color, hair color, head tattoos, torso tattoos, as well as tattoos for both arms and legs which can be customized independently of each other. At any given time, you can only apply a single type of tattoo to these body parts. In total, there are exactly 89 different choices to choose from when it comes to how you can customize your character’s body.
The last type of customization is the Skins section. These items cannot be purchased but are totally earned by playing the game. These Skins include bosses, enemies, drones, and even ones unlocked for completing the in-game challenges during each level. As well, there are skins that can be unlocked through DLC.
That’s all there is to customizing your character in Midnight Fight Express. It’s a rewarding game that offers players a lot to play around with.
