Go to the Quests tab in the game and under the events mark the Ballerina Effect Event on the map. Look at the image above for reference. Once you reach the destination of the event, you will notice three ballerinas dancing on a stage. You will need to go on the stage and push each ballerina by head-butting them.

Once you push the ballerinas, they will start spinning unrealistically fast. This will create huge wind gusts and produce a tornado. It’s farfetched to a whole new level, but that’s how the game does things. You can read about the game in our Is Goat Simulator 3 Worth Buying? review.

Once you generate the enormous tornado, it will be a permanent part of the game, moving over a huge portion of the entire map. You can also chase the tornado and get tossed around by the wind.
