How to Complete Secret and Schemes Merlin Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley has tons of content for gamers to enjoy. There are bountiful quests, areas you can explore, and opportunities to design your perfect space. One of the quests that you can find is actually a secret quest. The reason for the secrecy is that you need to come across a certain item in order to activate it. This quest follows a quest line around Merlin and he needs your help! If you’re wanting to unlock this quest here’s what you need to do in order to complete Secret and Schemes in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Finish Secrets and Schemes in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The first thing you’re going to want to do is to explore the Glade of Trust. If you haven’t unlocked this realm it will require you to spend 5,000 Dreamlight to clear off the blocked area. Once you have unlocked this realm, start exploring, and you might come across an item once you have updated your game to reflect the new Lion King realm update.

The item you’re going to want to find is a scrap parchment that has Merlin’s marks scribbled all over it. Bring the item to Merlin so he can determine what this item is. If you can’t find the item you need to look around the watery area North of Glade of Trust. It turns out that Merlin has been writing notes on the infamous Ursula and Mother Gothel. After you have listened in on Ursual and Mother Gothel you need to report back to Merlin for an update. Are they plotting something horrendous? After you complete the friendship quest you will be rewarded 200 dream light and friendship points.

How to complete Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Friendship quests are a type of quest you can complete after you have reached a certain level for a character. For this quest in general you will be able to reach level 10 for Merlin. There are other friendship quests out there and in order to raise the characters’ friendship level you need to finish activities with them, such as mining or gardening, or give them gifts. After you have reached the max level you are rewarded with an iconic item that symbolizes the character and their personality. For example, when you reach level 10 with Merlin you will get a wizard hat.
