Come on, are you telling me you don’t see a resemblance with Professor Snape over here? Well, maybe I’m the only one, but at least we get an ex Auror as a potion teacher. And as a teacher, he will give us a couple of assignments from here on there, and, today, we will be handling a field assignment. Prepare your stomach, and also your wallet. Here is how to complete Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1 in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to Complete Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1
Before even getting this assignment, you will have to complete the main quest called Jackdaw’s Rest. Once you do, you will be quested by Professor Sharp to do some potion testing. You will have to test the Maxima, Edurus, and the Focus Potion. The Maxima potion will increase the drinker’s spell damage for a limited time. The Edurus potion will provide the drinker with rock skin, for further protection. Finally, the Focus Potion will reduce the drinker’s spell cooldowns.
The fastest way to finish this assignment is to buy all these potions at J. Pippin’s Potions, for a total of 1100 Galleons (500 for Focus, 300 for Edurus and Maxima, each). Drink the three of them and then head back to Professor Sharp. He will then teach you Depulso, the Banishing Charm. This will complete Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1. Who would have known that things would get easier if you have enough money? Well, just loot some treasure chests in the wild, and you will be able to collect the necessary resources to purchase all potions. I believe it will be faster than collecting all other ingredients to craft them, and far less deadly. Good luck!
