How to Beat Shama Llama in Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed

Time to shear a llama.

The thing about cults is that they need some form of authority figure to work. Someone has to step up and wear the daddy pants to keep all of the cultists in line. Of course, if the one who’s supposed to be wearing the pants is off vaporizing people and whatnot, some other jerk is going to step in and take the reins. Can’t have that. Here’s how to beat Shama Llama in Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed.

How to Beat Shama Llama in Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed

After you’ve finished all of the Arkvoodle Cult sidequests in Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed, a new assassination Side Gig will appear in Takoshima titled “Crypto, Hired Gun – Shearing the Llama,” offered by the leader of the Black Ninjas. The Black Ninja leader is salty about the White Ninjas joining the Cult of Arkvoodle, and asks Crypto to destroy their leader, Shama Llama. This is a bit strange, as Shama is supposed to be Crypto’s advisor for the cult, but when confronted, he acts like he’s the one in charge. That’s a big no-no, worthy of instant death.

After you talk to Shama, he’ll be right in front of you, defenseless, so go ahead and brutalize him however you see fit. Here’s where things get tricky, though: thanks to Arkvoodle’s blessing, Shama has been gifted extra lives. Specifically, he’s been given an extra life for every time you’ve died and been re-cloned throughout your playthrough. He’s also been given some light teleportation abilities to hide from your wrath. You’ll need to repeatedly hunt him down and kill him until his lives run out.

As you pursue Shama around the marked area of the minimap, he’ll deploy soldiers, cultists, and White Ninjas to attack you. Don’t worry about the story implications, just go ahead and kill anyone that tries to get in your way. In fact, before you hunt down Shama, you should complete your bonus objectives by drowning two ninjas, electrocuting two soldiers, and disintegrating two cultists.

Once the bonuses are dealt with, just start flying around the area with your jetpack. Whenever Shama enters your line of sight, he’ll be marked with an objective marker, so just rush in and blast him. The White Ninjas and soldiers are the only real threats here; Shama can only run and hide.

Once Shama’s lives have been exhausted, Arkvoodle will wash his metaphorical hands of him, leaving you to finish him off one last time and complete the Side Gig. Shame about the whole cult thing, but Crypto has better things to do than lead a cult anyway.
