The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are no strangers when it comes to dealing with mechanical foes. Heck, I’d say at least 50% of their enemies are robots, with the other 50% being other mutants. When it comes to the Turtles’ robotic foes, few are as dangerous as the deceptively funny-sounding Chrome Dome, who’s back for another round. How to Beat Chrome Dome in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge
Chrome Dome is the boss of level 13 of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, Technodrome Redux. When you first get to his arena, he’ll start skulking around, launching missiles from his head and letting loose electrical bolts from his hands.
Don’t even bother trying to take a swing at Chrome Dome, as his armor is completely impenetrable. Instead, let him roam around for a little while until he jumps into the foreground of the screen. Here, you’ll see the stage from his view as he attempts to slug you with his extending fists.
While Chrome Dome is in the foreground, regular Foot Soldiers will file in to harass you. If you’ve played the original Ninja Turtles arcade games, you probably know where this is going. To attack Chrome Dome, you need to grab a Foot Soldier and perform a Fling Toss to hurl them into the screen, where they’ll hit Chrome Dome. You only need to throw one Soldier; Chrome Dome will then fall back onto the stage proper with his defenses down. Take this time to unload on him with whatever you have, from regular attacks to enemy throws to special moves. When he stands back up, he’ll be invulnerable again, so just wait for him to jump into the foreground again so you can sling another Soldier at him.

In the event you’re having difficulty grappling the Foot Soldiers while Chrome Dome is in the foreground, an explosive barrel will appear once enough time passes. Just smack the barrel and let it explode, and that’ll stun Chrome Dome the same way. Just repeat the process, and Chrome Dome will go down.
