Buso Haki works pretty much the same in Blox Fruits as it does in One Piece proper. Assuming you’re playing on a computer, you can activate your Buso Haki with a tap of the J key.

When you activate your Buso Haki, you’ll get buffs to your attack and defense, as well as the ability to damage Elemental fruit users. Observation Haki, also known as Ken Haki, is the counterpart to Buso Haki. When activated, it allows you to sense nearby enemies and see their health. More importantly, it enhances your ability to dodge attacks. You can train Observation Haki by simply dodging attacks from any source. Every dodge is one experience point, and as you level your Observation Haki up, you’ll be able to pull off more enhanced dodges in a row.
