In a recent blog post on the official PlayStation site, Creative Director at Insomniac Games, Brian Horton, goes into detail about what to expect in the upcoming game.

Brian starts by talking about the game’s environment, which will occur in the wintertime before Christmas break. There’s an ongoing war with Roxxon Energy Corporation and a rival gang. Miles Morales’ home of Harlem is right in the crossfire.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales includes a full story arc comparable to Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Given that information, Miles Morales will take between six to eight hours to complete from start to finish. The total length depends entirely on your playstyle and how quickly you move through the game. Completionists may spend over ten hours collecting and exploring every nook and cranny.
