Another year, and another reason to celebrate! It’s officially been a year since the spectacle that is Techland’s Dying Light 2 was released. And since its release, the game has ceased to slow down with various updates and DLC bringing in even more flavor to its gameplay.
But with this being the anniversary of its release, Techland is allowing players to join in on a special in-game event called Bloody Anniversary that will run through February 9, 2023. But, what’s included in this event, and are we rewarded for playing? Well, the answer is yes! So, let’s talk about the Dying Light 2 Bloody Anniversary limited event and break down its challenges and rewards!
Dying Light 2 Bloody Anniversary Limited Event Guide: All Challenges and Rewards
So, the really cool thing about the Bloody Anniversary limited event is that players who take part in the game between now and February 9th will be able to get some awesome in-game items inspired by the first Dying Light game’s antagonist, Rais.
The Rais Bundle can be obtained for 100% free, so long as players complete each and every goal (challenge) that’s offered during the Bloody Anniversary limited event. The first thing players are going to want to do though, no matter their gaming platform, is to sign into TechGG and connect to said platform. Once that’s done, it’s time to start completing some goals!

There are a total of four goals for players to engage with, each offering a special award upon completion. While three of them need to be completed by the player, there’s a fourth one that’s community-driven, meaning that its goal needs to be met by the entire community in order for it to be unlockable for everyone who plays.
Participation Goal
- Dismember 1 Enemy Limb – Bloody Anniversary Charm + Harper’s Token
(This reward automatically appears in Stash when the goal is completed)
Warm-Up Goal
- Dismember 250 Enemy Limbs – Wolfclaw (Rais’ Machete)
(This reward must be claimed at TechGG to be obtained)
Personal Goal
- Dismember 800 Enemy Limbs – Rais Outfit + Rais’ Paraglider
(This reward automatically appears in Stash when the goal is completed)
Global Goal
- Dismember 60,000,000 Enemy Limbs – Volatile Mask
(This reward must be claimed at TechGG to be obtained)
