The beloved Riddler trophies. Those who have played all of the Batman Arkham games are very familiar with these pesky little trophies. Riddler places them around Gotham where you solve riddles so you can unlock achievements. Plenty of fans have solved a few riddles, but only the elite, have found them all and participated in trials to defeat Riddler. As Gotham Knights approaches its release date that has us wondering if Riddler will be up to his old tricks again. Does Gotham Knights have riddler trophies?
Riddler in Gotham Knights?
Who is The Riddler? The Riddler, or Edward Nygma, If you’re an avid comic enthusiast, you will know exactly who The Riddler is. He’s one of Batman’s enemies who frequently tries to outsmart him. If you’ve seen the television series, Gotham he is very different from whom Cory Michael Smith portrayed. In the Arkham series he takes over Gotham leaving a series of clues scattered around the city. His need to always wanting to be smarter or better than Batman makes him dangerous. Every time you beat him he just becomes enraged and creates harder riddles to find. He even created an entire race track you needed to beat, and honestly, we’re glad that won’t be around anymore. Will Edward Nygma make his way into Gotham Knights?
Riddler Trophies in Gotham Knights?
Unfortunately, no. The Riddler will not be part of this game. Creative director Patrick Redding confirmed that Riddler will not be making an appearance in the game. This can only mean that since Riddler isn’t making it, Riddler trophies will not be making it in the game. Villains that are confirmed for the game are Mr. Freeze, The Penguin, Court of Owls, and plenty more who haven’t been confirmed yet. If Riddler won’t be in the game maybe villains such as Cluemaster or Mad Hatter will make it? Who knows. All we can do is wait for the release date and play the game.
