For those just starting A Wonderful Life, we highly recommend heading into the field and getting started at your farming work by milking the cows. Their milk is needed to create the Milky Soup inside your kitchen. Your regular cow is enough to suffice the creation of Milky Soup. Purchasing sheep is also a good place to start as you can shear and sell their wool. Next, players need to get their hands inside the fishing game. Purchasing the Rod for 500g is a small investment that gives immediate cash back by fishing in Spring and selling your load via the Shipping Bin or at Van’s Store. If you are looking to make more money in a single, lucky sitting rather than slowly accumulating money via agriculture, you should go to the Dig Site to mine.

As most of the methods listed above require no Stamina for in A Wonderful Life, you can use fishing and mining as your the sure fire ways of obtaining and building up that cash for future endeavours. We recommend spending time mining for between 1-4 hours per day, whilst fishing in multiple bodies of water throughout the day. These interactions should only be done however, upon completing your chores and daily gifting and communication with your fellow residents of Forgotten Valley.

Finally, we recommend starting A Wonderful Life by planting Potatoes and Melons. These take 7-8 days to fully grow where you can make profit from the Seeds by selling what you have grown. Do not overfill your crop fields as you may run out of time to water and care for them, resulting in dead, wasted crops. Transferring crops back into seeds via the Seed Maker will allow you to multiply your profit. Finally, make sure to use the haggling option at Van’s Store to save yourself some money in your purchases. This can be done by selecting the ‘No, I changed my mind’ option which will stress poor Van out, often offering a lower price for you.
