Best Scaramuccia Build in Hunt: Showdown

Scaramouche can you do the fandango.

Hunt: Showdown is a PvPvE game created by Crytek, the studio behind Crysis. This game is one of the most underrated in this new wave of battle royale games. Not only was the Hunt one of the first games to do it, but they were able to do it so well that it inspired behemoths like Escape from Tarkov. What all of these unique battle royales have in common is they give players a lot of room for freedom of expression through how a character is built.

This is our guide for the best build to use while playing with the Scaramuccia skin.

The Build

Our primary weapon for this Scaramuccia build is going to be the Winfield 1873C, this will allow you to use the Opera Glasses skin you just bought. Now, besides looking good the Winfield is also just a stellar gun to use because it’s budget friendly at 80 dollars. It is also very good at long range and will take down players from over 95 meters away.

The secondary weapon we recommend using is the Crossbow with the poison bolts. A very budget friendly and fun option. This will slowly chip away at your enemies when they’re hit from faraway and when you are closer in range, 25 meters, it can kill in one hit if you don’t hit one of their arms. An amazing weapon to use to tag your opponent then slowly hone in on them as you hear their grunts of pain through poisoning.

Our tools are going to be the usual ones you’d play on most builds. The knuckle knife is a must-have to melee any of the pesky zombie inhabitants of the swamp. The first aid kit is a must to bring no matter what, even if you are playing solo, bring it. This tool will allow you to heal any wounds to yourself or a partner. Make sure to always bring two vitality shots with you to heal two more times but only to yourself.

Bring the Alert Trip Mine because it’s great but also because it has a skin that comes with the Scaramuccia pack. We always recommend bringing along an Alert Trip Mine just because it will allow you to clear out mobs on the map and can also be a great source of misdirection.

Obsessed with grinding, always playing some game you've never heard of. I am a huge MMORPG, Gacha and farming simulator fan. If I'm not grinding something in one of the many games I play (Final Fantasy XIV, World of Warcraft, Runescape, Epic Seven etc) I can be found working on my novel, reading, watching anime or hanging out with my three dogs.
