Stardew Valley

Starting off our list is one of the most iconic life sim games that players have been playing over the years. Not only does Stardew Valley have a beautifully aesthetic world, but it also allows you to woo and build relationships with many characters, no matter their gender. This opens the door for some beautiful queer relationships to bloom in a virtual world.

BitLife

If you’re looking for a free mobile title that too offers some deep queer content, then consider checking out BitLife. Though you’re limited to only making choices or reacting to situations in this title, you are given the means to be whoever you want and live the life that suits you. It’s pretty charming.

Calico

Calico is a great choice as you not only get to run your very own cat cafe, but you reside in a world with many queer characters from all across the community. The best part? Your character is whatever gender you want them to be. It allows players to really make their characters their own, and explore a wonderful world of cats and magic.

Disney Dreamlight Valley

Similarly to Calico, Disney Dreamlight Valley offers players the chance to make their character their own, with gender being how the player wants it. Though there are certain body shapes, none are specifically gendered. This game, however, is a true life sim that has you doing chores, completing quests, and really lets you be the one to build the world around you.

Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator

If you’re strictly looking for some dating, then Dream Daddy is right up your alley. Not only will you go on dates, but you’ll also get to live the life of a parent. The best part is that Dream Daddy isn’t only offering cis daddies, so there’s a great amount of inclusivity in the daddies offered to date.

Minecraft

Though Minecraft may not cross minds initially, it’s actually a great LGBTQ-friendly game as you can literally be who you want to be and build the world around you as you see fit. There are communities across the world that play this game together, and the LGBTQ community too has ways of playing together here as well, making it a perfect multiplayer game.

The Sims 4

Probably one of the games that do relationships the best is going to be The Sims 4. Not only is there a ton of content for this title, but it’s also just a classic. There’s no doubt that you’ll lose hours upon hours building relationships with other Sims and then possibly watching them get down to business.
