When some people think Metaverse we think of it as this enormous world where players can spend real money on digital products. Second Life
It’s essentially a Metaverse experience and it was one of the original games that added 3D worlds where you could purchase cosmetics and property with real money. The creator, Philip Rosedale is considered one of the first people to create a world that is what we call Metaverse today. Second Life is a world within a world where you can create your own avatar, buy cosmetics, and is completely open world. At the height of its popularity, the game partnered with Gossip Girl, creating a virtual upper East Side that players can explore. Fortnite

Virtual Reality is a thing of the future and gaming companies are starting to lean towards making their games compatible within the virtual space. There’s nothing like playing a horror game and getting terrified as you’re walking through a creepy house. Somnium Space takes virtual reality and allows you to interact with players in a virtual space. This space allows you to play games, drive cars, purchase NFT land plots, and enjoy live concerts. It’s a pretty cool experience and you don’t have to spend real money to play. It’s a free-to-play game and purchasing items is always optional. It’s definitely a game you should check out if you have virtual reality.

Roblox is literally a game designed to bring players all around the world to play around in custom games created by players. The appeal to Roblox is just that. Interacting with people without leaving the comfort of your own home. You build on experiences and what an experience Roblox is. Alright, alright baddies. It’s your time to shine. If you’re a lover of games such as Grand Theft Auto you’re going to want to check out Sinverse. It’s a criminal Metaverse where you can purchase plots, take up jobs that aren’t exactly legal, build casinos, and become a crime boss. Although it’s still under development this is a game that we’re very excited to see play through. With its gameplay and graphics, it’s been said that this could become one of the best Metaverse games out there.
