When it comes to Dragon Ball, there are several fighters that immediately come to mind for players and fans. Most of those characters are either fusions or can transform. In Dragon Ball Legends, these qualities count, as each of them have benefits and disadvantages that can be used to turn the tides in battle. With transformations and fusions taking up most of the top spots on our tier list, it’s important to know which characters do what. Below you’ll find what transformations and fusions mean, and what characters can take advantage of these traits in fights.
Fusion Characters
A character can be attributed as fusion by having two characters combine to create a single entity. Typically this new fusion is stronger than their individual counterparts. This can be done via the Potara earrings, the Fusion dance, or by other means. Fusions are typically done by the Z fighters, notably Gogeta and Vegito. Transforming Characters
When a fighter transforms, they gain a significant increase in power. Sometimes this gain comes at a cost, sometimes it’s only for a limited time. Transformations like Super Saiyan have been used by Goku and Vegeta to even the odds of battle. Though other villians such as Frieza and Majin Buu have also been known to transform to gain the advantage.
