How to do Private Actions in Star Ocean: The Divine Force Image via Square Enix When you have the chance to do a free roam around town, first find your teammates using the area map. Their locations are shown as green dots. You’ll know the interaction is a Private Action when its event name shows up at the lower right corner of your screen.
Sometimes, you are shown dialogue choices during Private Actions, and there is a timer allotted for you to quickly pick responses that they will like. Choosing the more favored answer boosts your Affection Points, and you get a character ending with the party member you gained the most Affection Points with throughout the game.
