Our friend Gary has been the only voice of reason in a world filled up with nonsensical, colored fun and adventures. However, Gary has been turned into a menace that is bent on destroying Bikini Bottom. We must find a way to turn him back to his normal, stubborn self. In order to do that, we will have to make a potion by collecting ingredients. Hopefully, that will help him get out of his monster transformation. Here are all potion ingredients locations in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake.
All Potion Ingredients Locations
This side quest called Gary’s Magic Potion is available after completing Medieval Sulfur Fields, taking place in the Fields themselves. You will meet Twitchy, and she will task you to find several ingredients in order to make a potion to save Gary. You will need to find a total of 7 ingredients and return to her as soon as you can. Here are all the potion ingredients locations:
- After speaking with Twitchy, you will find the first one on a dive towards the forest.
- You will find the second ingredient in the forest, near the river. There will be a small alcove containing enemies.
- You will find the third one around the corner of the Garden Maze.
- Next, you will find the fourth ingredient just in front of the Blacksmith Hut.
- The fifth one is located next to the moat boulder roll goal, hidden behind some tikis.
- The sixth one is located in the Bard Auditions area, just in front of a stall in the Caste Grounds.
- The final ingredient will is at the end of the Castle Dorms.

After collecting all the ingredients, go to Gary and turn him back to normal, and your reward will be a Doubloon. I recommend fast travelling to the garden maze after collecting the first two ingredients. There are no other ingredients in the River or Forest area. The rest of the ingredients are very close to each other in the Castle Grounds, so you won’t have any problem finding them. Good luck!
