Jelly Bean effects can be stacked up to three times of the same colour.
You can also let other players collect them, which gives you both the bonus. When other players are using your Jelly Bean tokens, you get the Jelly Bean Sharing Bonus (+100% Convert Rate, +10% White Pollen, +10% Red Pollen, and +10% Blue Pollen), so they are best shared.
