Like any title on the PlayStation and for the majority of games on the Steam library, a factor to completing the game is unlocking all of the trophies/achievements. A few of these are hidden, which can take even longer to find and unlock due to the blind nature of it. Here’s what they are and how to unlock them.

All Hidden Achievements in Hunt: Showdown
| Achievement | Requirement |
| Trinity of Pain | Get burnt, poisoned and bleed all at the same time (easily done whenever you encounter a Hive and Meathead together. Simply burn from placing down a trap along with chucking a lantern down that you can run into once attacked by either). |
| Throw Hammer or Run | Kill an opposing Hunter by throwing the Sledgehammer at them. |
| Playing Tonight: Buddy Bolden | Interact and play the piano and gramophone in a single hunt. |
| Master Headhunter | Reach 100 recruited Hunters. |
| Louisiana Fried Chicken | Reach 50 chicken coops burnt down. |
| Clairvoyant | Stumble upon a contract bounty target without investigating a clue. |
| Convalescent Home | Retire 25 Hunters. |
| Battering Ram | Break down 50 doors. |
| Do Not Disturb | Hide in a toilet. |
| Sightseeing in the South | Visit every Lawson Delta location in one mission. |
| Simmer down, Hothead! | Kill an immolator without making them explode. |
