Arkanoid Eternal Battle offers players 3 game modes with something for just about every kind of Arkanoid fan, new and old. Here they are!

Eternal Battle Mode

Eternal Battle Mode is a Battle Royale game of sorts where up to 25 players online engage in a match of the last person standing. Every 20 seconds, the game’s ruthless boss, DOH eliminates the player currently in last place. Be sure to hit combos as often as possible to help aid you in staying alive.

Neo Mode

Neo Mode is the tamer of the newer modes available in Arkanoid Eternal Battle but still isn’t a cakewalk either. there are 45 levels to progress through, all culminating in a battle against DOH at the end of them. Here, you can carry over your combos and upgrades from level to level, with an extra life granted every 20,000 points.

Retro Mode

The tried and true Arkanoid experience to be sure. Retro Mode is the OG, vanilla way to play Arkanoid. There are 32 levels, all of which are depicted with a retro look, all coming to an end with a face-off against, you guessed it, DOH. Again, extra lives are granted at 20,000 points, as well as 60,000. Item Capsule effects last until another one is picked up, so no layering.

Versus

Play against up to 3 of your friends locally in 5 rounds of standard Arkanoid gameplay.

Well, there are all of the game modes in Arkanoid Eternal Battle! There’s quite a bit to play, with each mode having its own draws for fans new and old. Be sure to check out some of our other great arcade guides such as “Can You Sell Arcade Cabinets in Arcade Paradise?“.
