Many of the design sensibilities seen in Pizza Tower, from its gameplay to its wacky animation, were inspired in large part by the design stylings of the early 2000s, the golden age of the Game Boy Advanced. Since its spiritual predecessors were on a handheld, it’s natural to wonder what platforms you can play this new game on. Here are all the available platforms for Pizza Tower.
All Available Platforms for Pizza Tower Explained – Switch, PC, Xbox, Playstation, Mobile
Currently, the official release of Pizza Tower is only available on Windows PCs via Steam. The game was built from the ground up in Game Maker, and since Tour De Pizza is made up of only a handful of devs, they can’t exactly afford licensing deals for other platform releases.

That said, while it has not received official certification from Valve at the time of writing, users have reported that the game runs nearly flawlessly on the Steam Deck. It’s also a fairly low-impact game, so even PCs without much muscle to them should be able to run it okay.
Future Platforms?
As of writing, the developers have not confirmed any plans to release Pizza Tower outside of Steam. That said, if the game sells well enough and word gets around, anything is possible. I could definitely see a release on the Switch at some point, though that’s just me speculating.
Beyond that, if you have a certain degree of know-how, you may be able to run the standalone version of Pizza Tower’s early builds, released on Itch.io, on a sufficiently powerful mobile device, though that would likely require a bit of modding and setup.
