Roblox is a game beloved by a very large community. Players can not only engage in unique experiences, but can also buy in-game currency called Robux to trade with. Being able to buy and sell cosmetics is a huge attraction and feature to many players, but a recent update has seen people’s Robux ‘pending’ for a rather long time. Why is this the case?
Why is your Robux pending?
Pending Robux is part of an anti-fraud measure. This has always been the case, however now your Robux is pending for a lot longer.
When your Robux is pending, it means that members of the team need to or currently are checking out the transaction to detect any kind of abuse of funny business. If all is clear, then the transaction will take place. The pending time was originally up to 3 days but was increased to 3 – 7 days. However that time frame didn’t allow the team enough time to crack down on all the fraudulent activity.
So, the pending status of Robux has been increased to up to 30 days, so some players may have to wait an entire month to get their hands on their Robux.

It may be inconvenient, however scams and fraud will be more likely to be spotted and corrected, so the Roblox market should be a safer place to trade and have fun.
