The Harbinger is a Legendary-quality Amulet in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. In addition to any randomly-rolled benefits that are determined when you pick it up, its primary boon is that it restores 50% of your max Ward capacity every time you activate one of your Action Skills. This is a super helpful ability, great for keeping your defenses topped off when you’re in the heat of a firefight, and especially beneficially if you’re going for either a tanky build or a build that emphasizes faster cooldown times.
How to Get the Harbinger in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
So how do you get the Harbinger Amulet? Cross your fingers and hope for the best, that’s how. The Harbinger, much like many of the best Legendary-quality items, is a world drop item. This means that it has no fixed point of spawn or guaranteed means of acquiring it. The only way to get a World Drop item is to stumble upon it by chance in places where loot appears, such as in treasure chests or drops from killed enemies and bosses.
If you can find Tiny Tina’s Lucky Dice, scattered across the game’s maps and overworld, you can raise your Loot Luck, which will increase the likelihood you get fancy Legendary stuff from world drops.
