How to Catch Alpha Tangrowth in Pokemon Legends Arceus

The Alpha Tangrowth in the Gapejaw Bog in the Crimson Mirelands is Level 45. Nothing too high to be scared of, but it depends entirely on your team of Pokemon. Alpha Tangrowth is weak to Fire, Ice, Poison, and Bug-type attacks, while resistant to Ground, Water, Grass, and Electric.

We’d recommend opening up with a back strike utilizing any of Tangrowth’s weakness-type Pokemon for a guaranteed win. For example, a Kleavor with X-Scissor works fine. When you dwindle Tangrowth’s health points down into the red, it’s time to close the deal with some Ultra Balls. If you want to end it, you’ll be rewarded with a Seed of Mastery, which you can use back at the Training Area in Jubilife Village to master a move.

There you have it, that’s how to easily find and catch an Alpha Tangrowth in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
