Pikachu can be found just east of Nature’s Pantry in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Nature’s Pantry is in the southern section of Obsidian Fieldlands, north of the Tidewater Dam. Pikachu is pretty small and slightly blends into the plains, so he might be a little hard to spot, but you should have no trouble finding one if you’re patient.
