Can You Skip Cutscenes in Armored Core 6?

Gamers are aware of the fact that cutscenes exist and sometimes they’re entertaining. There are other times when they’re long and objectively pointless. Unfortunately, we have to admit that we’re not a fan of cutscenes and there’s been plenty of times when we had to skip them. If you’ve ever played Final Fantasy XIV you’d know. In Armored Core 6, you’re introduced to a world of destruction and high-tech mech suits. You don’t want to watch cutscenes. You want to get to the action. We’re going to tell you if you can skip the cutscenes in Armored Core 6 or if you just have to watch them all.

How to Remove Cutscenes in Armored Core 6

We’re impatient and we hate to admit that we skip cutscenes whenever we feel it’s not important to the story or we can live without them. In a high-paced game such as Armored Core 6, it makes sense players just want to get straight to the point. Thankfully, the game realizes you’re not in it for the cutscenes and you can easily skip them. Yes, you can skip the cutscenes in Armored Core 6.

If you want to skip cutscenes you need to press the “options” button on your PlayStation console or your “menu” button on your Xbox console. When you press this button it will remove the cutscene and take you directly to the next one. You can either skip this one or wait until it finishes playing. If there are no other cutscenes taking place, the game will take you to a loading screen, or it will start up your mission.

Can You Skip Everything in Armored Core 6?

What’s the point of playing the game if you’re not going to learn more about the story? Cutscenes are important because they help build lore and develop characters. If you’re really not the type to care about cutscenes or text-based responses from characters, unfortunately, you’re out of luck. The only thing you can skip in Armored Core 6 is text responses from characters. You’re going to have to rely on mashing your buttons to get past the text the old-fashioned way.
