One way to get to Pekkle is to use the ziplines located on the east side of the island. Head over to the haunted bog area and use the ziplines to eventually get to Pekkle. Another way of locating Pekkle is by climbing up Gemstone Mountain. You’ll be able to get to Pekkle without using ziplines and it only takes climbing a mountain to get to him.
