The only way to obtain a 7km egg in Pokémon GO is to receive one as a gift from someone on your friends list. Unfortunately, since the contents of a friend gift are randomized, you’re just going to have to hope you get lucky.

While getting a 7km egg can be a bit of a slog, getting them can be a boon. 7km eggs are the only kind of eggs that hatch regional variant Pokémon, specifically the ones from Alola and Galar. To be even more specific, you can get one of these Pokémon from a 7km egg:
