Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem Creating Game Issue

According to their Twitter, Wolcen has been hard at work trying to restore their servers. They saw a massive spike in users connecting to their game right around the release time, which was to be expected. It’s hard to anticipate exactly how many people will hit your game on launch day, but their trailer yesterday looked quite promising and sparked a lot of interest.

It looks like they resolved the Steam Authentication issue mentioned above, but now they are dealing with an issue preventing players from creating games. This is a big deal because currently nobody is able to play the game online, and it’s causing a delay in their release.

Streamers can be scene patiently sitting at the character creation screen compulsively logging in over and over again waiting for the issue to be fixed. Wolcen’s official Twitter has been the main method of communication from the team, so be sure to stay tuned for announcements.
