Hunt: Showdown – Where to Find Cash Registers

Rake in all those Hunt dollars like a pro

Hunt: Showdown tends to mostly be all about survival, but on the side of this core gameplay loop is the need to explore each and every map world you end up playing in. There are currently three maps in Hunt: Showdown, each containing a randomly generated amount of Cash Registers to find and interact with as one of the quickest ways to accumulate in-game funds. These go towards kitting up your player character (Hunter) in the way you want, since all things equipment tend to fetch a pretty penny – especially those that hit the hardest and are the most useful and helpful mid-combat.

Where to Find Cash Registers in Hunt: Showdown

It goes without saying how helpful and good it is to stumble on said cash registers then. In Hunt: Showdown, these randomly spawn in each and every battle. All interactive items that can be found across the locations in either gameplay mode allow for two separate individuals to make use of them. Cash machines are no different. Being the first of two Hunters to interact with it will reward them with one of seven possible sum figures – $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $500 or $1000.

Probability of each can be noted as so:

  • 50$ – 51,61%
  • 75$ – 22,58%
  • 100$ – 14,84%
  • 150$ – 3,87%
  • 200$ – 4,52%
  • 500$ – 1,29%
  • 1000$ – 1,29%

It is worth noting that surviving with the Hunter players obtain the money with must extract safely from the round to keep the amount that they have accumulated. There is also the unique golden cash register, that always rewards 50 Blood Bonds instead of money.

Since cash registers, regardless of the kind (be it basic or golden) or the amount in them, these are always random. Therefor, location spots always vary, but these possible spots are always consistent. For example,

Many of these spots will be in eye-line of the player as long as they are in the right area. Going into rooms, using ladders to reach roofs, looking closer at carts and any place that acts as a tabletop, even a barrel, can have a cash register adorning it. Some are a lot more well hidden, but even then, the cash registers are always highlighted by an outer light that picks up all items that are interactive in the environment.

Please look to Kamille’s interactive maps that mark out all the possible cash register hotspots.
