All Godai’s Blueprints Locations in River City Girls 2

Just put it together and don't ask questions.

Blueprints are one of those things that can be either completely innocuous or mildly concerning depending on the context they’re created in. For instance, if someone were building a treehouse, that’d be a normal time to see blueprints. If someone was making a mysterious device from torn-up blueprints, that’s a bit concerning. River City Girls 2 has the latter situation, unfortunately. Here are all of Godai’s blueprint locations in River City Girls 2.

Not long after you first enter River City High School after obtaining all of the yakuza lieutenants’ emblems, you’ll receive a text message from the local creep, Godai. For reasons he chooses not to go into detail on, he needs someone to find the four torn-up pieces of a blueprint for a device he was working on.

After you start the mission via a note stuck to the wall of the auditorium (with a distressingly large knife), the four blueprint scraps will appear in four particular locations around River City.

  • The River City High School Auditorium
  • The Abandoned Trainyard in the Flatirons
  • The Back Alley in Downtown
  • The Food Court in the Crosstown mall

The blueprints are usually in high-up, slightly obtuse locations, so get ready to do a lot of running and jumping.

Auditorium Blueprint

Your first blueprint scrap can be found in the River City High Auditorium, the same room where you found the knife note. It’s sitting up on the balcony on the far-left side of the room. Jump onto the building prop on the left side of the stage, get a quick running start, and jump to reach the balcony. If you’re having trouble making the jump, the Speed Runners accessory can make it a bit easier.

Abandoned Trainyard Blueprint

The blueprint is sitting on a truck bed in the top-left of the area, but that part of the area is completely blocked off by stacked tires. Go to the Overgrown Zoo via the northern exit of the Abandoned Trainyard, then jump up to the very top-left of that scene. Hold the light attack button next to the top wall, and you’ll activate a secret passage, leading you to that isolated nook of the Abandoned Trainyard with the blueprint.

Back Alley Blueprint

This blueprint piece is accessed in the same way as the Downtown district’s secret area if you’ve done that already. If you haven’t, go down to the bottom of the scene with the blue couch and perform a wall jump off the AC unit on the wall above the door. If you do it right, you’ll land on the power line above, allowing you to walk to the top of the building on the left, where you’ll find the blueprint on the fire escape. Don’t forget to hold light attack in front of the fire door to access the secret area while you’re up there!

Food Court Blueprint

The final blueprint is found on the hidden second floor of the mall’s Food Court. Grab one of the benches in front of the sporting goods store and carry it over to the eastern exit. Place it down, jump on top, and use the extra height to perform a wall jump up onto the second floor. The blueprint is right under the big NOIZE poster on the right side.

Once you have all four blueprints, they’ll automatically assemble into Godai’s device, the Heart Reactor. You can equip it as an accessory to get a permanently maxed-out special bar. I have no idea why Godai wanted this, and frankly, it’s probably best he doesn’t have it anyway.
