How To Unlock All Jet Bike Parts in Sable

Throughout the story of Sable, the player will traversing the vast desert landscape using their trusty Jet Bike. Developers Shedworks has provided the Jet Bike with tons of upgrades for the player during their time participating in the Gliding. There are 11 different bikes each with 3 bike parts per set. Figuring out how to unlock all Jet Bike parts in Sable may take a bit of extra searching on your own. Thankfully, we have compiled a list for you to follow and understand every name, location, and price for each part.

How To Unlock All Jet Bike Parts in Sable

There’s technically two different hoverbikes that are present in Sable. I say ‘technically’ because the first bike you get, the Sandcutter, is only ridable during your time spent in the Ewer. Once you’ve made you way out of there, the game will give you the Simoon, the main bike that we will be acquiring parts for.

Gliding Bike

Our first bike part is actually not one that you’re able to miss. The Gliding Bike part is unlocked simply by progressing enough to leave the Ewer. With this location being the starting area that the game let’s players first roam, serving as a semi-tutorial area, players should have no issues with collecting this bike part.

Hicaric Ring Bike

There are some bike parts that will require certain quests to be completed before unlocking them. That is the case with Hicaric Ring Bike. While this part doesn’t cost any of the in-game currency, players will need to complete the ‘An Ancient Race’ quest to unlock these bike parts.

This is a fairly beefy quest, tasking the player with visiting every region minus Ewer and finding unmarked monuments. Each region only has one monument and once it has been found, will need to be activated by flying through rings that are nearby. After collecting the 6 artifacts within these monuments, navigate to the Badlands in the south of Midden, find the Mysterious Shrine, and insert the artifacts into it. Doing so will activate three stone pillars around it. Wait a few days, and upon returning to Machinist Fir, you will be rewarded with the Hicaric Ring Bike parts as thanks for completing their quest.

Whale Ship Bike

The other bike part that needs you to finish a quest before unlocking it is the Whale Ship bike. These parts is tied to the ‘Historical Reconnection’ quest.

This quest, much like the last one, will want the player to search every region minus Ewer and find 6 shipwrecks. When found, these locations will act much like Breath of the Wild‘s shrine system, wanting players to enter and complete a set of puzzles before completing it. Completing all 6 will successfully unlock the Whale Ship Bike parts.

Beetle Bike

Moving on from quest related unlockables, the Beetle Bike part is most likely going to be one of the first bike parts the player can purchase. This part can be purchased from the merchant at the Burnt Oak Station in Sansee for 75 cuts per part. Cuts are earned by selling any bugs or items picked up along your journey. These can be sold to merchants, just like the one you can buy the Beetle Bike part from.

Delivery Bike

Where we start to see the increase of bikes, the Delivery Bike is going to set you back a bit. It can be bought from the bike merchant, around the outside of the Eccria station in Redsee, for 150 cuts per part. This is definitely not going to be the priciest set on our list, so be sure to start saving up for some of the next ones.

Eyries Bike (the boat)

This bike set is located at the top of a set of pillars in the center of the Badlands in the south of Midden. After climbing these pillars, players will find the Eyrie atop the columns. One of the many secret locations in Sable, you will be met with two harvesters. One of these harvesters will sell you the Eyries Bike for 150 cuts per part. Not a bad price, especially when you think of how you even made it to this location in the first place.

Giraffe Bike

The Giraffe Bike is the second bike that can be bought from the station of Eccria in Redsee. If you have already purchased the Delivery Bike, you might want to skip this bike as it has notably worse stats. However, players still wanting to purchase it will want to head over to the bike merchant just outside the station and can purchase it for 100 cuts per part.

Lightning Crystal Bike

Delving deeper into the locations with this one, the Lightning Crystal Bike is available for purchase at the Seven Sisters Station in Hakoa. Players can find Machinist Zahra here and you can purchase the Lightning Crystal Bike from them for 200 cuts per part. A pretty hefty price for a pretty hefty looking bike.

Nomadic Bike

The Nomadic Bike is able to be purchased from the Marrow Bones Station in The Wash. With a price of 250 cuts per part, one would hope that this bike is a good one. Thankfully no other bikes increase in price. At least, not that much.

Speedster Bike

Our second to last bike to be unlocked in the game is the Speedster Bike. Boasting the highest overall stats of any bike in the game, it is also the most expensive. Located again in the Eccria station in Redsee, players are able to buy it from the merchant for 300 cuts per part. A price point like that is much deserved, seeing as how you literally cannot get any better in the game.

Shade Bike

Players will need to do a bit extra before being able to reach the merchant selling the Shade Bike. It is sold by the stranger in the wall outside of Eccria in Redsee for 250 cuts per part. This merchant won’t come out of the wall at all times however. In order to trade with them, players will need to wear the Shade of Eccria mask as well as making sure the in game time is between 10PM and 6AM.

Hopefully at the point of reading this you have any or every bike you could ever want. There are obviously objectively better bikes than others in Sable, however each bike provides a certain flair that make each of them unique in their own way. Whether that’s the design of the bike, or the way it handles, each bike is one of a kind. Just make sure you’ve been saving up those cuts.
