I can’t imagine how annoying it must be to be a medical provider in a fantasy setting. You always have to deal with boneheads running off into the wilderness and nearly getting their limbs bit off by wild monsters. If nothing else, though, such a career would probably be lucrative, at least if Cres’ prices in Harvestella are any indication. So, how much money does the doctor charge in Harvestella?
How Much Money Does the Doctor Charge in Harvestella?
Not long into Harvestella’s story, you’re introduced to Cres, the practicing doctor of Lethe Village. Despite her mildly surly attitude, she’s a quality doctor who’s always willing to help others out. That said, her services do not come for free, nor do they come cheap.

If you get into a fight out in the wild, particularly against wild monsters, you’ll be knocked out if your health drains out entirely. The good news is that you don’t get a game over when this happens. Instead, you’ll wake up in Cres’ office after she’s resuscitated you. The bad news is that she’ll charge you for this service.
Dang Insurance Premiums
The precise amount that Cres will charge you for a rescue depends primarily on how far out of town you ventured. For instance, if you visit an area that’s right outside of Lethe Village proper and get your clock cleaned, Cres will only charge you between 100 to 150 Grilla. On the other hand, if you took a long trek to a distant area, she’ll charge you more, presumably for the effort it took to drag your unconscious body all the way back to town. To give you an example, by the time you reach Chapter 3 and its associated areas, you could probably expect to pay around 300 Grilla per knock-out, and it only goes up from there.
In the event you don’t have enough Grilla on hand to pay Cres’ quote, she’ll just take whatever you’re carrying. It’s a small price to pay for not dying. Either way, you should endeavor first and foremost to not die and, failing that, keep a big wad of cash on your person to pay Cres’ medical fees.
Remember to play it safe in the wild and not bite off more than you can chew. Cres may make some good cash off your near-death experiences, but it probably isn’t fun for her to ensure they don’t become actual-death experiences.
