If you’re like me, then you’ve been having a blast with IllFonic’s latest asymmetrical online multiplayer title, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed. A game that truly captures the magic and feel of the Ghostbusters franchise, it’s more of a job simulator than anything else as the gameplay is amazingly deep.

And though playing around with the Ghostbusting gear, navigating haunted locations, and catching ghosts can be fun, it’s the great customization options for your very own character that really make you feel like you’re a part of the team. Today, we’ll explain how to customize your character in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed so that you can either bring yourself into the game or create someone entirely new.

How to Customize Your Character in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed

When it comes to creating and customizing your very own Ghostbusters team member, IllFonic made sure to allow players to have a lot of options to choose from. From facial features to clothing, there’s no shortage of things to use in order to create a unique character.

To customize your Ghostbuster, head to the clothing lockers located next to the Ghostbuster’s vehicle in the main area of the Firehouse. Just interact with them and you’ll be brought to a new menu that allows you to customize your character.

From there, You’ll be able to change things from 3 different tabs; Body, Outfits, and Accessories. We’ll break down each one below as well as what aspects of your character are customized within them.

Body

• Physique – Body Type, Voice, Body Adjustment (size and shape).
• Face – Head, Eyebrows, Eyes, Ears, Cheeks, Nose, Mouth, Chin (you’ll be able to adjust the size and shape of these as well as your skin color and eye color).
• Hair Styles – Head Hair, Mustache, Sideburns, Chin (you’re able to change the color of each one).

Outfits

• Tops, Bottoms, and Suit can have can be swapped out for different looks with the overall suit color having the ability to be changed as well as the shirt underneath it.

Accessories

• Head Wear, Eye Wear, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Knee Pads, Foot Wear (most items allow you to change their color via the Special tab of the color menu.

Over the course of the game, you’ll level your character up just by playing, and this will allow you to unlock more customization options for Outfits and Accessories. To unlock even more, it’s smart to play the Side Hustles and Contracts as they offer new rewards for both as well as for completing them!
