Before the fight

Before you go and anger the Red Judge some more, you’ll want your fury to be 16x, which will give you a serious starting edge at the beginning of the battle. At the tail-end of each anguish-gate encounter, try to go all out and use Paz to keep up the fury metre. Your weapon ultimates will also have to be amped up to make your time a lot easier.

For this fight, you will have access to the whole entourage of weaponry. Although any combination will work, Vulcan would be seriously recommended to have as a primary or secondary. The Hounds would also be ideal for this fight.

The Ghost Rounds III Sigil would be heavily advised.

The boss fight

What makes the Hellstorm aspect special is its abilities to control the wind. Periodically, you will be blown to the centre of the arena which consists of nine platforms floating on molten lava. The platforms may shift below the lava, considerably restricting the surface area of which to fight on. You’ll have a hard time standing still in this fight.

As always, use any ultimates you can on the boss to get a huge jump-start whilst you have your 16x fury. Don’t bother with Paz’s or Vulcan’s ultimate, save them for later. Getting in these shots early while you can are important, as this boss fight will have you a little preoccupied.

The Hellstorm Aspect’s attacks are nothing short of madness, but at least these ones are a little more predictable as she will sometimes line them up and then send them directly towards where you were.

With ideally Vulcan equipped (with Ghost Rounds III active) unleash as many bolts as you can into the boss when you have access to the whole arena. With you being able to go as far away as possible, you will be able to see the projectile’s coming.

When the arena gets restricted with the winds, you might want to hold back with the shooting. The last thing you want is to fall into the lava or get hit by a dozen projectiles just because you were too busy trying to deal damage. Those moments in the boss fight are actually quite easy to score hits in, but don’t let that be a priority, you will regret it.

At certain points in the battle, the boss will dematerialize and will send beasts after you. Unlike the other boss battles, these monsters will be a lot tougher to have an easy time making them vulnerable to slaughter, so be careful. use Vulcan to take out bigger targets, but try to use The Hounds to weaken the smaller enemies. Slaughter as many as you can to replenish your health, whilst the boss will still be hurt. Paz’s and Vulcan’s ultimates will help with this.

When the boss materializes, unleash any ultimates you had saved up, and back off again with Vulcan. Keep doing that, and you’ll have reign over Gehenna, and you next Hell in sight.
