How to Get a Mount and Ride in Temtem

Gotta Ride 'Em All!

In the late-game of Temtem, the option of acquiring a mount and riding it becomes available. Mounts are especially helpful whilst navigating the Airborne Archipelago. What’s more, once you’ve obtained a mount or two, they don’t count as a Temtem. In fact, they’re considered an object, meaning they don’t take a slot in your team of Temtem! Also, riding a mount will eliminate wild encounters, proving their usefulness!

How to Get a Mount in Temtem

As of writing, there are only two mounts in the game, and both are attained after completing a quest. To obtain the Minox Steed, you’ll want to complete the ‘Ride the Minox’ quest. To obtain the Classic Scooter, the ‘Gotta StickTem All’ quest is what you should look out for.

How to Complete ‘Ride the Minox’ Quest

To complete the ‘Ride the Minox’ quest and obtain the Minox Steed, speak with the Inn Landlord who’s just outside the Prancing Minox Inn. As stated, this quest can only be assigned after completing the main quest, so don’t worry if you can’t access it immediately. This quest is effectively a fetch quest that’ll make you exchange a Minothor for the mount.

How to Complete ‘Gotta StickTem All!’ Quest

To complete the ‘Gotta StickTem All!’ quest and obtain the Classic Scooter, speak with Feriha in Thalassian Cliffs. This quest will entail collecting a total of 200 StickTem! stickers. If you can obtain all 200, you’ll have earned the Classic Scooter, which serves as a mount. It might be tedious searching for all those stickers, but once you’re able to move a lot more quickly across the map, you’ll be glad you did it.
