As mentioned earlier, Temessence Phial will fully heal your entire squad and restore their stamina. It will also restore lost Temtem. However, there are certain limitations to using the Temessence Phial. After you use it once, you will have to heal your Temtem at a mini-temporium to reuse it again. You can also use it only when you are outside of battle.

There are two prime conditions that should immediately force you to use Temessence Phial. Let’s go over them.

Low health on all Temtem

It’s a good idea to use Temessence Phial when all your team members are low on health. This will ensure that they stay and not get knocked out. If you are going to use most of your Temtem, it’s best to keep them at a relatively high HP.

Restore After Knockout

If you are the kind who goes all out, it’s best to use Temessence Phial after many Temtem are knocked out. If you are low on resources to heal the member and you need to make it to a Temporium far away, this method will provide you with some extra stretch.
