Now while there is no specific infographic the developers have released that timelines the next year of Starship Troopers, we can ascertain their desires from other press releases. Importantly enough, since the game is currently in early access on Steam, the developers can write a bit about the game and the plans they have for it. Along with wanting to hear community feedback from the players already checking the game out, it seems their ambitions for this game are quite expansive.

In the “What the Developers have to say” section of the store page, we can learn quite a lot about what plans Offworld has for Starship Troopers. They talk about the fact that the 1.0 release of the game will come with “multiple planets ready to be liberated from the Arachnid Threat.” There are currently 5 different enemy types players can encounter, with “additional weapons, enemy types, class progression upgrades, community events, and encounters” to be added by the time the game fully launches. There isn’t much in the way of what amount of this stuff will be introduced during the early release version of the game. But if players can hang on to this game, there’s sure to be a lot of upside once more content is introduced in the future.
