Pokemon GO: Marill is in the spotlight today from 6 to 7 pm

Pokemon GO Marill Spotlight Hour

Marill is now in the spotlight in Pokemon GO, from 6 pm to 7 pm local time, today, May 25. Check your clock, and make sure to log in to the game during this hour-long event to catch a significant number of Marrill. Every Spotlight Hour features a different bonus, and today’s Marill Spotlight Hour features double catch Stardust. That means you will earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokemon.

In case you missed the previous Pokemon Spotlight Hours for the month of May, here’s what they were:

  • Tuesday, May 4, 2021: Cottonee will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for catching Pokémon.
  • Tuesday, May 11, 2021: Dratini will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Candy for transferring Pokémon.
  • Tuesday, May 18, 2021: Alolan Rattata will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the XP for evolving Pokémon.
  • Tuesday, May 25, 2021: Marill will be in the spotlight, and you’ll earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokémon.

This month, we also had a May Community Day on Saturday, May 15, not to mention the ongoing Luminous Legends X and Luminous Legends Y events, which officially come to a close on May 31, 2021. May was a fairly exciting month for Pokemon GO players, and we’ll have to wait and see what June has in store for us.

So far, we know the June featured Community Day Pokemon is Gible, which will include the Earth Power exclusive move, 3x catch-experience, and a three-hour incense duration. Stay tuned for more updates!
