Lady Lucia is the leader of the Hyenas and widely regarded as the “Queen of the World”. As a result, she’s also one of the tougher bosses to defeat in Tower of Fantasy. Not only does she have zero weaknesses, but she’s also got a couple pretty deadly maneuvers to counter with.

Lucia can be found Northeast of the Southern Mountains in Crown. More specifically, she will be standing by the Rose Garden near the map coordinates of 452.7, 823.5.

Before you head into battle, it’s worth mentioning that Lucia is an incredibly difficult Level 40 world boss. She’s also got a lethal tornado maneuver which spins her in a 360-degree motion, dealing substantial damage to all those in her path. As well as a shield she can activate to prevent you from countering.
